The Indian Merchants’ Chamber research wing, Economic Research & Training Foundation (ERTF) and Consulting Engineering Services (CES) proudly announce the workshop onthe most topical subject “Preparation of Bankable Projects-Formulation-Appraisal-Implementation” to be held on 7th February, 2012 at Walchand Hirachand Hall, IMC

Subject-matter of the Workshop:

This workshop will cover various stages of Project Management - project identification, formulation, appraisal and ex-post evaluation - so as to facilitate creation of bankable projects to be readily funded by the Government Sector, Private Sector & Public Private Partnership. To give a complete and holistic perspective on Project Management,practical case studies of recent infrastructure projects will be provided to the participants. The speakers of this workshop are professionals with hands on experience in the field of Project Preparation & Implementation. Issues pertaining to financial viability, suitability of PPP projects, project maturity, Viability Gap Funding (VGF),Appraisal & Estimation, Risk Identification in infrastructure projects will also form the focus of this workshop. Case studies of important infrastructure projects such as Mumbai-Pune Express HighwayProject, Flyovers Projects, Jamnagar Refinery Project, Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro Project and the like will be presented.
