Food is a form of nourishment and we all need it. Eating correctly can reverse diseases, and even make lasting positive changes in your state of mind. Are you ready for a life transforming experience?
If changing your patterns sounds difficult, you are not alone. We will help you by looking at your menus and giving you tips on how to do it. We will do individual case studies from volunteers in the audience. Each case study will be helpful to everyone to custom make his or her own diet plan. Remember that with this plan you can eat as much as you want of healthy alternatives and lose weight or reverse diseases.
