More surveillance needed by traffic police, whether in person or via cameras

Name of Road:
Rambhau Salgaonkar Rd
Further description of location (if needed for better understanding):
This is a one way road from Wodehouse Road towards Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg in front of Sassoon Complex
Nearest landmark or building:
Sassoon Complex (Naval Officers Flats), Sassoon Dock
What troubles you regarding traffic or pedestrian safety at that location?:
Although the road is a one way street from Wodehouse Road to Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, vehicles particularly two wheelers often violate this and use the road in the other direction too. Also , four wheelers often use this road too but more towards the end of the day. The danger posed here is for the following reasons: 1) buses from RC Church, Navy Nagar and Colaba Bus Station all take this one way route. With vehicles coming the other way, it leads to cramping of space and particular danger to the vehicles coming behind the bus 2) this one way street leads to vehicles exiting left - towards Colaba market, right - towards Colaba post office, and straight into the Sassoon complex. Vehicles coming in the opposite direction leads to blockage for the vehicles on the correct path and has lead to clashes in the past. 3) the two wheelers don't control their speed while coming in the opposite direction 4) it is particularly difficult for pedestrians too since they have to observe both sides even though the road is one way
What do you recommend be done as a solution?:
Periodically, have a traffic policeman stand at the beginning of the one way street, I.e. Where Wodehouse road ends so they can catch hold of the perpetrators. Utilise the security cameras efficiently so vehicle numbers of defaulters can be tracked
Is there a traffic violation or specific incident that has triggered this suggestion?:
Constant violation of the one way road with people using the road both ways
Serial No.:
